Returns & Exchanges Policy
Thank you for shopping with Porphis UK. We stand behind the quality of our professional spray guns and equipment. Please review our strict policy regarding returns and exchanges below.
1. Returns
We accept returns strictly for defective products only.
Due to the professional nature of our equipment, we cannot accept returns for products that have been used, filled with paint or solvents, or simply because you have changed your mind. If you believe you have received a defective or damaged item straight out of the box, please contact our support team immediately.
Upon verification of a manufacturer defect, we will provide instructions for returning the item and issue a prompt replacement or refund.
2. Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges.
If you ordered the incorrect model, nozzle size, or accessory, you may exchange it for the correct item. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be 100% unused, brand-new, and in its original, undamaged packaging.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs associated with the exchange, as well as any difference in product price.

When messaging us, please include your Order Number, details about the product, and clear photographs if you are reporting a defect.
