Our Commitment to Quality
Porphis guarantees that all our professional spray guns and genuine accessories will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
What is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- Structural failures under normal, professional operating conditions.
- Faulty internal components (valves, triggers, dials) directly caused by factory assembly.
What is NOT Covered
- Normal wear and tear (including needles and nozzles naturally wearing out over time).
- Damage caused by dropping, impact, or severe accidental mishandling.
- Damage resulting from improper cleaning, soaking in harsh solvents, or failure to maintain the tool.
- Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized third parties.
How to Claim Your Warranty
If you experience an issue that you believe is covered by this warranty, please contact our support team immediately at sales@porphis.uk.
To expedite your claim, please include:
- Your original order number or proof of purchase.
- Clear photographs or a short video showing the defect.
- A brief description of how the tool was being used when the issue occurred.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Porphis reserves the right to determine whether to repair the defective part, replace the entire unit, or issue a refund at our sole discretion.
